What will I need to provide?

You will need to provide developer access to your Wix account. We can personally guide you through this process. We will also require your Royal Mail Click & Drop account details.

Can I automatically map to different Royal Mail shipping services?

Yes, you absolutely can automatically map your orders to different Royal Mail shipping services based on the weight of the shipment. This is a highly recommended practice to improve efficiency and accuracy in your shipping process.

The primary way to achieve this is by using the Shipping Rules feature within your Royal Mail Click & Drop® account.

Configure Shipping Rules in Click & Drop:

  • Log in to your Royal Mail Click & Drop account.
  • Navigate to the "Settings" area and look for "Shipping Rules" (the exact naming might vary slightly).
  • Create rules that tell Click & Drop which shipping service to apply based on specific criteria.

You can set conditions based on weight. For example:

  • If weight is between 0kg and 2kg, apply Royal Mail Tracked 48.
  • If weight is between 2.01kg and 5kg, apply Royal Mail Tracked 24.
  • If weight is less than 100g and destination is UK, apply Royal Mail 2nd Class Letter.

You can also combine weight conditions with other criteria, such as destination (UK or international), package dimensions, or order value, to create very specific mapping.

Automatic application: Once your rules are set up and active, when you import new orders that include weight information, Click & Drop will automatically evaluate these rules and assign the correct Royal Mail shipping service to each order that meets your defined criteria.

Royal Mail may update or adapt their software from time to time. To ensure your integration continues to run smoothly, we provide personal support and will resolve any issues that arise as a result of changes to their systems.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by giving 30 days' notice. Your integration will not work without a subscription.
