Stripe on its own is enough. If you sell through Payment Links, invoices, a booking form or your own checkout, these work without moving you to Shopify or WooCommerce.
For shipping, Stripe has to be asked to collect a delivery address — it is a setting in Checkout and Payment Links. If it is off, there is no address to ship against. We check it at setup.
We only ever read completed payments. Access cannot move money or alter your Stripe account, it is held encrypted on our side, and you revoke it from your own dashboard whenever you like.
