This integration connects your Squarespace store to Royal Mail Click & Drop using Royal Mail's official API. When a customer orders, their details are automatically sent to Click & Drop — ready for label generation without any manual intervention.
The service is £6.99 per month with the first month free. No per-order charges and no label caps — you can send as many orders through as you like.
The integration relies on Squarespace's Orders API, which is available on Commerce plans that include API access (typically Commerce Basic and above). If you're unsure which plan you're on, tell us and we'll confirm before you subscribe.
We'll need to help you generate an API key inside your Squarespace Commerce settings — we provide step-by-step instructions or can walk you through it on a call. We'll also need your Royal Mail Click & Drop login so we can configure the connection on that side.
